As a long-time customer, this was my sixth order this year, but this experience has completely discouraged me from making future purchases. I received my order and while most items were acceptable, the shirt material was not what I anticipated, and both pairs of shorts were too small. I understand that this can happen, so I decided to return them and exchange the shorts for a larger size, but they were out of stock. I opted for a refund instead. That's when the issues began. In addition to covering return shipping costs, I was charged a $40 handling fee. This is simply outrageous. While paying for return shipping is understandable, an additional handling fee of that amount feels excessive and unfair. It turns what should be a straightforward return into a loss of over $60 for the customer. To add to my frustration, I measured the shorts against the size chart afterward. The chart indicates a width of 38.5cm, but the shorts I received measured only 36cm. That's a significant discrepancy, which explains their poor fit. I genuinely appreciate the brand, but this return policy makes purchasing too risky. If an item doesn’t fit or the material is off, it feels like the customer is penalized. After this experience, I won’t be placing any more orders. I'm really disappointed with this experience from a brand I once trusted.
