My brother and I placed two separate orders—his two weeks ago and mine a week ago—and neither has even been dispatched yet. Customer support is virtually nonexistent; the text number doesn't work, WhatsApp messages go unanswered, and emails receive no replies. It's incredibly disappointing for a brand I expected to excel in these areas. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from them, even in-store.
