I really like the clothes from Represent. The quality is outstanding, and they look great in person. I'm completely satisfied with the items I kept.
However, I have to give 3 stars because the return process is a huge drawback, as many others have already mentioned. You have to pay out of your own pocket to ship returns to Belgium (which is quite expensive) and then it takes at least a full month to actually get your refund. If they managed to fix this and offer a modern return experience, this would easily be a 5 star brand. I really hope they invest more money and energy into improving this in the future.
