Also Your Reps Only Worked 10 Days and We PAID You for 30 days of WORK!!! You Didn't Give Us A REFUND or Comp us the Rest of the Work. And the BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT WE HIRED YOU TO MAKE OUTBOUND PHONE CALLS TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS. WE RECEIVED ZERO, NADA, 0 = PHONE APPOINTMENTS, FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH WE HIRED YOU!!!REFUND OUR MONEY ASAP NOW OR CREDIT US BACK OUR WORK!!!WE WILL ALSO BE LEAVING OUR HONEST REVIEW SO OTHERS KNOW YOUR FRAUDULENT WAYS!!!
Our first VA we had through RepStack was very nice, but the work output was very basic. I found myself having to re-do much of the work. At that point, I asked for a different VA. That one turned out to be less helpful than the first. The idea of this company is great -- that I could very quickly and easily get a team member on-board and they could jump in and start to help us right away. That was not the case in my experience, which is disappointing.
