Ordered a couple of computer components - happy with the product and communication. Hadn't realised that the items would take a couple of weeks to come through - took around 5 days longer than originally advised and the tracking for the parcel wasn't accurate. All in all I would order from them again, but I do think that tracking and delivery could be a lot better.

Extremely disappointing experience with the service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a TV that was clearly indicated as 'in stock' on their platform (18 units available). Shortly after placing the order, it was cancelled without any proper explanation. I was charged for this initial order and had to wait a week for a refund. Following the advice of their automated system, I placed a second order for the same TV, which was also cancelled. I was charged again, and this time the service has refused to process the refund, leaving me without my money. I have no idea when I will receive it, as they are avoiding any contact and are not responding to the payment service. I have now been charged twice for the same TV for orders that were never fulfilled, and this is completely unacceptable. Misleading stock information, poor communication, and outrageous delays in refunds. I would not recommend ordering from this service.

Steer clear of this site!

Steer clear of this site! The support team doesn't respond, and my order status remains 'in progress' without any updates. It's been two weeks since I placed my order, and I have received nothing. I can't believe this was approved. It feels like a total scam! Definitely avoid this site.

Fantastic Fast Shipping Experience

We ordered a 50 inch TV, and it arrived in Ireland within 7 days, costing less than shipping from one city to another. The service was excellent, and we saved a significant amount on the TV. We will definitely choose this service again!

Great Purchase Experience

We bought a 50 inch TV, and it arrived in Ireland within 7 days for less than the shipping cost from one city to another. Excellent service, and we saved a lot on the TV. We'll definitely use this service again.

Disappointing Experience

I ordered a Samsung soundbar on December 5th, and payment was confirmed the next day. They promised processing in 24-72 hours and delivery in 2-5 days, but it wasn't until the 9th that I was informed my order was being processed. Communication has been poor, and I doubt my Christmas gift will arrive on time. I regret not choosing a different company. Now I need to seek a refund and shop elsewhere.

Frustrating Experience

Three weeks after taking my payment, I received an email saying the TV I ordered was unavailable and to choose a different item. This company is dreadful. Stay away. Update: I still have no TV or refund after three weeks. The customer service has been unhelpful and dishonest. I demand my money back immediately.
