If I could give these guys no stars I would! I gave them a chance even though I saw the terrible reviews me thinking well maybe some of these people just wanted a free animal well turns out you should listen to all these bad reviews. I ordered 1 "flame" bearded dragon 2 geckos and paid $100+ So I got the 3-5 processing time and after the 6th day I started to get concerned no emails no calls nothing! They do not communicate and they are very very rude they don't ever give you an exact answer just excuses after them not ever shipping my package it's already the 9th day and I'm thinking hey today might be the day I receive them NOPE! Still never shipped out so I decided to just get a refund on my order and still nothing they do not communicate with you no emails, text, calls NOTHING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REPTILE CITY DO NOT! They will take your money and not give it back apparently they sent me a refund but it's going to take 3-5 days I call BS I never received an email confirmation for my refund they are stealing people's money BEWARE!!
