I had a terrible experience ordering from this place. I placed an order on the 8th of November, and it was only delivered on the 21st, split into two parcels, with one arriving later. They refunded an item without consulting me first. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed annoyed. The lack of communication and lengthy hold times were frustrating.
