I would give it less than 1 star if I could!Our large double door refidgerator/freezer went out last Sunday the 18th of Dec. Our pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays. I called Republic at 7am on Tuesday morning asking for another pickup following the first one. I talked to 3 individuals, the last one had me pay $15.00 for the extra pickup. he stated it would be on Tuesday after the first pickup. Wednesday morning can undumped Thursday morning undumped Friday,Saturday not dumped. I called 2 different times to ask when pickup would happen. Each day I was told that day it would happen, did not. This all happened after I had talked to the general manager on Tuesday to get it locked in. As I said my extra can of garbage is still setting in the road in front of my house. The havalina are having fun every night!! So it looks like I am out of luck until our regular pick up but that is not a sure thing either!!! My experience has been horrible and this experience did not let me down. HORRIBLE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
