I had a very disappointing experience with Rescuemycar. On 23/06/2025, my car was collected from my home and taken to a garage in East Dulwich, SE22 0HX, and I paid for the service. Since last year, I requested my payment receipt three different times, and they never sent it, even though they repeatedly said they would. I needed the receipt to confirm exactly what I was charged.
Even after cancelling my renewal, they still didn’t provide the receipt.
This lack of transparency and professionalism continued from last year up to today, and it made me lose all confidence in the company. I cancelled my renewal and moved to another provider.
People should be very careful with this company — my experience shows they do not handle basic documentation or communication properly.
