I ordered flowers and candy for same-day delivery to celebrate my anniversary, but the order was mishandled, resulting in only the flowers being delivered. When I requested a refund for the shipping charge on the undelivered candy, the support team was unhelpful and suggested I cancel the candy order and place a new one for a different day. I wanted the candy for another day and sought a refund for the delivery fee, but they refused. This ruined my anniversary and they showed no accountability or willingness to refund the shipping charge. I had to cancel the candy order entirely just to get my money back. I will never use this service again.
