Excellent customer service. He took his time and offered me the best deal without trying to upsell, yet ensured I didn't require/need additional amenities. Double checked all data before finalizing and emailed me confirmation while we were still on the phone. Every company needs a service rep like this!

If there were zero stars I would give you guys zero. You told me over the phone the rooms were 175 dollars a night! No problem then when my total came it was like $540! So I aked why it was so high. She then proceeded to tell me it was no longer on her screen and that it was taxes and fee but when she sent me the email. I checked my email and she charged me with a total of 194 dollars a night plus taxes and fees! Terrible customer service when I called back the man hung up on me! So I am just thrilled to spend my money with them now! Horrible services never again on principle alone!!!!

Well where do I start? Once we are finishing up with the reservation she kindly advised us the price had mysteriously went up $50. We took it just because we were tired and wanted to stop. We booked a wheelchair accessible room and got a hearing accessible room.....not even close. There is a huge difference HUGE....NO HANDRAILS....TUB INSTEAD OF SHOWER AND THE BEDS ARE SO HIGH OFF THE GROUND ONE HANDICAP INDIVIDUAL CAN NOT GET IN. The hotel tried to help but they were full so because of this site and thank you Andrea we were screwed.

This was probably the third or fourth hotel by the port I called asking some questions about reservations prior to booking, but I did not get clear answers or great customer service. Jose was very thorough and friendly and I felt good about booking over the phone with him.

Misleading Experience with Booking

This platform was deceptive; I was under the impression that I was communicating and reserving directly with the motel's front desk. I was charged $227 upfront and an additional $154 upon arrival. Furthermore, they reserved the incorrect room for me. I have yet to receive my refund!
