First of all. Go after 3rd parties that book your rooms when they are called by mistake. They dont say who they are and they lied to me saying this room was the last. I paid $225 for a $139 room. There were about 3 cars in the pkg lot. We are senior citizens and couldnt drive any further or we would have. Not a happy Best Western Member.
