Christine was so very nice and respectful. She took special effort in finding me a room since the hotel was full on the date I requested. The only thing I did not get clarity on was the fact that the room had to be “prepaid” and that my card was going to be charged immediately. Had I known that, I would have waited until later to reserve. I am accustomed to paying upon arrival. I blame myself for not confirming before I closed out the call. Please do not punish her, it was an oversight on both parties. Thank you for understanding. Thank you for your graciousness to me with the discount. And above all, I appreciate Christine’s kind service.
