We made a three day reservation to an IHG Hotel, paid, received confirmation. On arrival the hotel did not have our reservation. Turns out although all our information confirmed our reservation, Reservations.com made it and paid a different hotel in town. They will not accept that they made an error even though both hotels can vouch for it and are NOT sending a refund. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH RESERVATIONS.COM. We gave them the opportunity to fix a problem which really tells the integrety of a business, but they have not.
