Review Time
This was for a wedding and we had a group rate but I don't think we were billed correctly. The operator was rude and wouldn't answer any questions I don't know if she was automated or that's the way you guys do business. We don't know about parking. We don't even know if it included breakfast
I called to book a hotel and it all went normal over the phone. It wasn't until I checked in at the hotel and they were confirming my details that they said "2 rooms for 1 night", which was wrong, I only wanted 1 room and my confirmation from Reservations.com said 1 room for 1 night. The hotel was unable to cancel the room because I used a 3rd party booking system. They advised there's absolutely nothing they can do at the hotel. I checked my bank account and they did charge me twice, 2 different amounts. I submitted a claim with Reservations.com and they asked for proof of the charges on a bank account statement. I supplied it and included the date and amounts of the charges. They replied asking me to highlight the charges. like???? So I sent again with it highlighted in bright yellow. Then they asked for the name of person at the hotel who "approved my refund". I told them I don't have a name because the hotel advised me they can't do anything. Basically they just keep giving me the run around and not acknowledging they made a mistake in booking and charging for 2 rooms when I received a confirmation for 1 room.
After a month of arguing with them back and forth, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge which takes up to 60 days and had to cancel my card and get a new one which I'm sure everyone knows is a huge hassle to have to change card info on all billing accounts, etc.
So, I will definitely never be using reservations.com again and advise against anyone else using it too.
Isabella Bernadette was a true professional who guided me to the right room to choose. She also told me about all of the amenities the hotel offers. I was very happy with my experience with her.
We called for one hotel for my senior dad, found it was out of our price range, and Julie jumped right in and helped us find a better place for a lower price. She was super patient with my dad and gave him confidence in knowing he was taken care of. Excellent service!
We booked a two queen bed power wheelchair accessible room, but our email confirmation shows you booked us a 1 king accessible room instead.
We reached out immediately, and several times after that, trying to get the two queen beds accessible instead, but have not gotten anything back from the hotel reservations end!!
Andy was very patient and pleasant during our whole conversations about Red Lion Inn. He was informative and very helpful even told us about the nearest cafe only two blocks away. I felt like he had been there and knew all the answers to my numerous questions. Great job Andy!
We made a three day reservation to an IHG Hotel, paid, received confirmation. On arrival the hotel did not have our reservation. Turns out although all our information confirmed our reservation, Reservations.com made it and paid a different hotel in town. They will not accept that they made an error even though both hotels can vouch for it and are NOT sending a refund. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH RESERVATIONS.COM. We gave them the opportunity to fix a problem which really tells the integrety of a business, but they have not.
We just dealt with Rizza for a booking and she was an absolute earth angel to deal with. She found us one of the last two rooms available that allowed pets in a hotel near by. After a very long and stressful day of travel she helped us more than she knows. Thank you so much Rizza. You were so lovely and wonderful to deal with!
I called 2 times to the reservation number and they answered and hung up on me in 30 seconds. I called back to the hotel operator and Joleen helped me she was great and got the job done. Overall experience was poor until I reached Joleen
