They pretend they are the hotel.They charge for this service.$17.99.I asked for various things like microwave or coffee pot.They lied.They booked me for the wrong dates.Search them and says free cancelations or changes.She also told me if I called by a certain date no charge for changes. Well they would not fix the date they messed up and said I will get no refund at all.So beware of any booking sights.I also contacted BBB.
