Like most all other reviews, I did not realize I was not on the motel's actual website. Tried canceling immediately after and it was too late. Nonrefundable. The crazy thing is that the motel itself gives you a day or so to cancel at no charge. I have spoken with the hotel, and they said that this 3rd party does not allow them to cancel the reservation on their end. Reservation desk says they check with the motel and that they denied my cancelation. I will keep my reservation but will make sure they lose future business to make up for my loss.
