Like everyone else I thought I was speaking with the hotel desk. They want to keep a credit card fee which I see was a separate charge. I cancelled my reservation within 2 hours of booking. All they need to do is void the transaction before it batches out for the day. I will call my credit card company if they do not refund the entire amount as they stated they would. If there is fine print it can't be read over the phone and they can't be vetted while speaking with them either. I had a hard time understanding with the heavy accent and all the family noise in the background. Most unprofessional.
