My experience with this service was dreadful; they claimed to represent our airline and insisted we pay over $1800 in charges to rebook a canceled flight (which was supposedly due to a notice of itinerary change that we never received). The representative pressured us to pay immediately or be denied boarding for both outbound and inbound flights. I believed I was speaking with a legitimate airline representative, but they had no real affiliation.
