My experience with this service was dreadful; they claimed to represent our airline and insisted we pay over $1800 in charges to rebook a canceled flight (which was supposedly due to a notice of itinerary change that we never received). The representative pressured us to pay immediately or be denied boarding for both outbound and inbound flights. I believed I was speaking with a legitimate airline representative, but they had no real affiliation.
I was unaware that the airline's system was down for maintenance. A search led me to an alternative customer service number (or so I thought). They asked all the usual security questions regarding my booking and attempted to scam me for £1,000 to change my itinerary. Luckily, my card issuer detected the scam; they were trying to charge me USD1,000 instead. It's alarming how they can produce a similar airline screenshot. Always contact the official airline directly.
I was looking for a local phone number to buy a ticket from the airline and found a number that claimed to be theirs. When I called, it immediately redirected me to English, stating no Portuguese speakers were available. The agent claimed to represent the airline, and I only realized I was not speaking with them when I received an email from an unrelated domain.

This operation is a scam filled with thieves! I requested a refund for something I didn't use, and they have been delaying for over a month. I've spoken with over 30 agents, and they always hang up.
