The person who made the reservation assured me he was not a third party booker and could get me the room I requested on the ground floor of the property. He did not do that. I did not get the room I requested on the ground floor and there is no elevator in this hotel which is why i requested ground floor. Once again i was assured there would be no problem. I feel I was deceived and cheated. Dishonest employee on your end.
