Tried to book at Hampton inn and they took my credit card info and hung up on me 2x stating 2 separate incidental rates one for $50 and the other call stated $100. Jorge made it much easier to book a room during this stressful time for my family bc of death of my sister. Thanks Jorge! Hope the stay is pleasant.

My reservationist was very very professional. Even though l had trouble with my devise, lsabella was very, very patient during the hotel booking process and seemed like there was a smile on her face, although l could not see her, all the time it took for my devise to upload my information. Julio was born with fantastic customer services!!! I was in the hotel industry for 38 year in SF in upper management, so when I say this young man is fantastic, I know what i am talking about.
I was informed by call specialist I would be told my rate for my room, after they applied my Hilton honors rewards at check in, the front desk in Colchester Vermont Hampton inn, told me I have to call 3rd party who reserved room for my rate. I am completely in the dark about my nightly rate after 14000 points were applied. I have no idea where the confusion or misinformation is coming from, but, this is a major inconvenience. I have to make a call to fix this, that I don't have time for.
I specifically asked for the Gleave wedding rate thinking I was contacting the Holiday Inn directly. The gentleman who was on the phone with me told me that the rate he was giving me was that wedding rate. That was a lie since this is a third-party agency!!! your representative could not give me the accurate rate which was 129 a day since he doesn’t work for them. He should have said as soon as I told him I wanted the Gleave wedding rate that he could not offer me that because he was not a representative of the Holiday Inn. instead, he misrepresented himself and your company and gave me a random rate that I did not request. I would like my money back since he misrepresented himself and your Firm.
Russell is nice young man. He was detailed and made sure I understood everything, from price to type of bed. Made sure I knew the rules about notifications for late arrival. Overall made me feel like I was going to be treated well.
