My son was coming home on leave and was told by Southwest he would miss his connection in Nashville. I called reservations and talked to Jolene hoping to get a room for him at a reasonable price. Jolene was fantastic! She made a stressful situation so much easier. She looked for rooms in a good area, reasonably priced, and close to the airport.
