I was informed by call specialist I would be told my rate for my room, after they applied my Hilton honors rewards at check in, the front desk in Colchester Vermont Hampton inn, told me I have to call 3rd party who reserved room for my rate. I am completely in the dark about my nightly rate after 14000 points were applied. I have no idea where the confusion or misinformation is coming from, but, this is a major inconvenience. I have to make a call to fix this, that I don't have time for.
