I would rate this service with zero stars if I could. I placed an order on 27th November, and shockingly, I am still waiting for my items nearly two months later. The initial delivery date was set for 5th December, but it was pushed back to 12th December, then 15th December — and nothing ever arrived. I reached out to the service multiple times: emails on 18th December, 21st December, and again in January, along with messages through their chat system. I received no response until 8th January, and it took them an additional four days to properly reply. By then, the special occasion for which I needed the items had already passed. Even after providing all the requested information, they then asked for a 'local tracking number' — something they never provided in the first place. The tracking information states that my parcel is without tracking details and suggests contacting the retailer (which is the service), yet they kept sending me in circles. They have held onto my money since November, failed to deliver my goods, and completely neglected communication, wasting a significant amount of my time. I have now emailed them to file a formal complaint and request compensation, as this experience has been utterly unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others reconsider ordering from this service. If this review doesn’t catch their attention, I’m not sure what will.
