Absolutely appalling non existent service regarding a refund for a returned order, seller emailed 13/2/26 advising refund made, by 27/2/26 still not received, literally impossible to get thru chat bot to speak with agent who told me everything I had already told them then told me to open a payment dispute with Paypal, told them had done that three days ago and that Reserved hadnt replied to Paypal to which the agent replied they couldnt do anything to speed the process up, well, replying to Paypal might be a start, so now Reserved have my returned item which was of utterly rubbish quality hence the return and also my money and I have no way of knowing when or if my refund will be received, agent also said they couldnt provide a copy of the chat....., avoid this Co at all costs, they are clearly dishonest and disreputable, not even worth one star.
Awful service. It’s impossible to find the returns section on the website—the button simply doesn’t exist.
The physical store in Helsinki also refuses to accept online returns, unlike most other brands. Mango, Zara, and Massimo Dutti offer much better customer service.
The website for Finland is only in Finnish, but there are many expats that do not speak the language. Have to use auto translate, which is aweful.
Product descriptions are also misleading: I ordered a dark grey sweater, but it turned out to be metallic.
Please think more about your customers and improve both usability and transparency. Wasted 2 hrs on the return travelling to offline store. Will never order again.

I placed an order with Reserved on 3 January. I received no updates until 11 January, when Evri emailed saying delivery was expected that day. Nothing arrived.
On 20 January, Evri suddenly confirmed they had the parcel. On 21 January, I received an email saying delivery would be between 19:00–21:00. Nothing happened. The same email was sent again on 22 January, same time window. Again, nothing.
On the morning of 23 January, I woke up to an email saying the parcel had been delivered at 2:17am. The “proof of delivery” was a photo of the parcel left on a public road outside my block of flats. Unsurprisingly, the parcel was gone by the time I woke up.
I then spent three days trying to contact Reserved’s customer service via live chat and email. When I finally received a reply, it was a generic copy-paste email with no acknowledgement of what happened. After waiting 25 minutes on live chat, an agent finally replied — with no apology, no empathy — and after another 15 minutes simply told me they had emailed a form for me to fill out.
When I questioned the lack of apology and why I was being made to handle an issue caused by their courier, I was told: “The error is not ours but the courier.” That is unacceptable. The courier is Reserved’s responsibility, not the customer’s.
I have now filled in the form, but after 20+ days of delays, zero customer care, and a stolen parcel caused by negligent delivery, I am still waiting for resolution. A proper retailer would issue an immediate refund, apologise, and compensate for the inconvenience.
Extremely disappointing service from start to finish.
I've been shopping at the company more frequently after discovering that many of their items fit me perfectly. Being in my late 30s, I find that the styles, colors, and fabrics align well with my preferences. Additionally, the pricing seems quite fair.
I would rate this service with zero stars if I could. I placed an order on 27th November, and shockingly, I am still waiting for my items nearly two months later. The initial delivery date was set for 5th December, but it was pushed back to 12th December, then 15th December — and nothing ever arrived. I reached out to the service multiple times: emails on 18th December, 21st December, and again in January, along with messages through their chat system. I received no response until 8th January, and it took them an additional four days to properly reply. By then, the special occasion for which I needed the items had already passed. Even after providing all the requested information, they then asked for a 'local tracking number' — something they never provided in the first place. The tracking information states that my parcel is without tracking details and suggests contacting the retailer (which is the service), yet they kept sending me in circles. They have held onto my money since November, failed to deliver my goods, and completely neglected communication, wasting a significant amount of my time. I have now emailed them to file a formal complaint and request compensation, as this experience has been utterly unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others reconsider ordering from this service. If this review doesn’t catch their attention, I’m not sure what will.
The customer support has been very disappointing. A crucial item was missing from my parcel, and after three weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I keep receiving the same response to email them. I've sent numerous emails without any reply, and when I reach out again, they just end the chat quickly. This has been a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I am deeply frustrated and let down by the service. For two weeks, I received no updates whatsoever. After this lengthy silence, I was informed that I would have to wait another two weeks. In total, I am expected to wait a whole month for an order that should have arrived much earlier. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and is entirely unacceptable.
