We have been very pleased with Resi’s support and assistance through the ordeal that is a planning consent application in London. It was our first time and we were a bit nervous about capturing all the steps correctly and navigating the process. Resi’s app and dashboard at super intuitive and give you the foresight you need into the next steps. This helps build your confidence in the process and enable you to plan accordingly. It is truly appreciated!The interaction between the different teams from design team, to planning team to contractor connect team is seamless, keeping all communication within the same message thread on the platform. This also helps to bring consistency and continuity in this process, involving so many different teams (and running the risk of losing important parts of the communication).A particular thanks to Em and Jack our designer who have also been very supportive when our first attempt resulted in a rejection. Instead of dwelling on this, they quickly identified the problem and provided us with solutions (which included modifying the drawings free of charge), once again navigating what can be a daunting experience for newbies like us.We have yet to start the work but so far we have been very pleased with the entire Resi team who has always been friendly, accessible, extra responsive and commercial.
