I have been engaged with Jamie over the past 8 months with regards to a loft conversion in the Borough of Richmond. Jamie was superb throughout - offering up countless calls and intros across the business. Of particular use was a call with Jack from the planning team. I would highly recommend Resi, they are prepared to think outside the box, guide you through challenging designs and local planning regulations and most importantly they are very personable.
We have been extremely satisfied with the support and guidance provided during our planning consent application in London. As first-timers, we felt a bit anxious about ensuring we followed all the necessary steps correctly. The app and dashboard offered by the service are incredibly user-friendly, giving us a clear view of what to expect next. This has significantly boosted our confidence and allowed us to plan effectively. We truly appreciate this! The collaboration among the various teams—from design to planning to contractor connections—is seamless, keeping all communication consolidated within one thread on the platform. This approach fosters consistency and continuity throughout a process that involves multiple teams, reducing the risk of losing critical communication. Special thanks to our designer and their colleague who were incredibly supportive after our initial submission was rejected. Rather than focusing on the setback, they quickly pinpointed the issues and suggested solutions, including free modifications to the drawings, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable for us as newcomers. Although we haven't started the actual work yet, we have been very impressed with the entire team, who have consistently been friendly, accessible, highly responsive, and professional. We can only recommend them!
We have been very pleased with Resi’s support and assistance through the ordeal that is a planning consent application in London. It was our first time and we were a bit nervous about capturing all the steps correctly and navigating the process. Resi’s app and dashboard at super intuitive and give you the foresight you need into the next steps. This helps build your confidence in the process and enable you to plan accordingly. It is truly appreciated!The interaction between the different teams from design team, to planning team to contractor connect team is seamless, keeping all communication within the same message thread on the platform. This also helps to bring consistency and continuity in this process, involving so many different teams (and running the risk of losing important parts of the communication).A particular thanks to Em and Jack our designer who have also been very supportive when our first attempt resulted in a rejection. Instead of dwelling on this, they quickly identified the problem and provided us with solutions (which included modifying the drawings free of charge), once again navigating what can be a daunting experience for newbies like us.We have yet to start the work but so far we have been very pleased with the entire Resi team who has always been friendly, accessible, extra responsive and commercial. Wow this company! Raised several complaints and never received any reply. They responded to bad reviews stating they will be in contact but never do! Instead they try and challenge bad reviews to get them removed! This is why the star rating is ok. Do not trust!
This is my second time using Resi and both experiences have been great!With my current project, I’ve just completed the first stage of the design process. Nick and his team have been outstanding. They delivered bespoke, carefully considered designs with real technical precision, and the 3D visuals are brilliant! They're creative, detailed, and have genuinely brought the project to life.My plans have now been submitted, and Nick will be supporting me through the planning process. His clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail has made everything feel smooth and well-managed, and I’m optimistic about the outcome.A fantastic experience so far; I’d confidently recommend Nick and Resi to anyone starting a home extension or renovation.
Great contact, design ideas and feedback and careful consultation in all areas and proceedings. We were made to feel comfortable with our decisions without feeling pressured or rushed and given good project advice. The timetable information was useful and gave a clear idea of next steps and when we would be able to go forward with quotes for building work etc.
Using Resi took a lot of the stress out of a first time building project. We undertook a 4m rear extension with kitchen, utility and shower room. The process was smooth throughout and the team gave great advice on things I would not never have known about. They also connected us to external suppliers which again made it easy to manage and ensure we were approaching everything in the right way. Highly recommended.
Nick runs a quality and highly professional company. He dealt with my application in a Conservation area in a thoughtful and productive manner achieving planning permission and smoothing out the bumps along the way. I would highly recommend his company.
