Ordered a light fixture back in September 2025. Package was not received until a month later. It took another month before renovations were nearly complete before the light could be mounted. Upon opening the package 1 month late, the quality of the fixture was underwhelming and not what I was led to believe I would get based on the product page. One aspect of the fixture had a different color, almost as if they forgot to spray paint it. The other plastic pieces were slightly loose and did not feel luxury at all. You can see the gaps in the plastic covering over the LED strip. I reached out to support and greatly appreciated their help. The customer service rep was very respectful and I cannot fault her one bit. After waiting another 2 months (Nov -> Jan), the factory confirmed they were able to ship me a replacement, with photo evidence that I would receive what was pictured. To my surprise, opening up the replacement package today (1/24), not only was the color issue not addressed, the fixture is in the wrong size! They sent me the smaller version instead of the one I ordered.If this isn't product fraud, I don't know what is. Very disappointing. I've been waiting to use this fixture in my dining room for a long time.
