These are very low quality products that are just markups from other cheap companies. They don't even try to hide it - I ordered a handle from them and it came in a Dooroom branded box, which is over half the price on the the Dooroom website ($84 on Dooroom vs $200 on RS). Residence Supply is just a scam website with slick and questionable marketing practices. Their 50% restocking fee emphasizes their low quality: they know most folks will receive their product and be unhappy. Companies that make high quality, trusted products not only reduce or avoid such fees, but make returns easier because they have confidence in their product.In their response to this comment, they are clearly dishonest - "Packaging can vary depending on logistics and does not reflect the origin or quality of the product itself. Our products are not resold items from other retail brands." - the product was literally in another brand's box, I can see this with my eyes. You can lie and manipulate online but in real life I can see with my eyes that the product objectively came from another company. Most of the positive reviews I have found online appear to be bots with similar cadence. If you go to the U.S. Better Business Bureau you will see they are not accredited and have a rating of "F" with 100% one-star reviews (17 out of 17 -star). This, literally, could not be a worse company.
