I received large-format samples, which was a nice surprise. They came in a big cardboard box with a number to call for collection after use. Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to residential customers, so I'm waiting for an email on how to return them, although it should be freepost. The samples are high quality, and I believe the flooring will be beautiful. I chose a product made from a natural material that is healthier and free from toxins found in other flooring types. I recommend this company and their flooring. EDIT: Customer service has reached out to confirm an easy return process. EDIT 2: I'm frustrated. My email reminders are being ignored, and I'm stuck with a large sample that can't be returned via Royal Mail due to its size. I haven't been offered another return option, despite my willingness to drop it off if needed. EDIT 3: Please let me know if you can collect it, but provide some notice first, or inform me if I can drop it off somewhere. I cannot keep this large parcel indefinitely and don’t want to discard it.
