IMPORTANT WARNING! The flooring is undeniably beautiful, but installation presents significant challenges. While the aesthetic appeal is excellent, common installation issues detract from the overall appearance. There’s no prior warning about these problems. After installing it in my home, I faced two major, disappointing issues that have been acknowledged as "correct" or "unavoidable" by the manufacturer: 1. Significant and Unavoidable Height Differences despite using leveling mortar. If you plan to connect this flooring to an existing surface, be ready for noticeable height variations. Two previously level floors now show a height difference ranging from 2 mm to 14 mm post-installation! The manufacturer confirmed: “Unfortunately, there is no other option.” This is unacceptable for a product of this caliber and detracts from the overall look. In conclusion: While the initial appearance is outstanding, the practical execution and connection options leave much to be desired. If you anticipate a smooth, even transition between different flooring types, or a polished finish as depicted in the images, then it’s best to avoid this product. You're investing in beauty accompanied by frustration.

There is no prior warning about these issues. After installing it in my home, I faced two significant and disappointing problems that the company acknowledges as 'correct' or 'unavoidable': 1. Extreme and Unavoidable Height Differences, despite using leveling mortar. If you're connecting a Forbo floor to an existing one, be ready for notable height discrepancies. Two originally level floors now vary from 2 mm to 14 mm in height post-installation! The company confirmed: 'Unfortunately, there is no alternative.' This is unacceptable for a professional product and ruins the overall aesthetic. Conclusion: While the appearance is excellent, the practical aspects and connection options fall short. If you're looking for a seamless transition between different flooring types or a polished finish as advertised, this product may not be the best choice. You're opting for beauty that comes with built-in frustration.
I'm very pleased with the flooring. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to reach out for delivery information, which I hadn’t received. It turned out that delivery occurred on the same day I emailed. I would still recommend this product.
These marmoleum tiles are fantastic! We've only ordered samples and one box so far as we decide on colors. We're very excited about the product; it seems to be high quality and easy to work with. We look forward to installing them in our large kitchen and are confident they will be great!
I received large-format samples, which was a nice surprise. They came in a big cardboard box with a number to call for collection after use. Unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to residential customers, so I'm waiting for an email on how to return them, although it should be freepost. The samples are high quality, and I believe the flooring will be beautiful. I chose a product made from a natural material that is healthier and free from toxins found in other flooring types. I recommend this company and their flooring. EDIT: Customer service has reached out to confirm an easy return process. EDIT 2: I'm frustrated. My email reminders are being ignored, and I'm stuck with a large sample that can't be returned via Royal Mail due to its size. I haven't been offered another return option, despite my willingness to drop it off if needed. EDIT 3: Please let me know if you can collect it, but provide some notice first, or inform me if I can drop it off somewhere. I cannot keep this large parcel indefinitely and don’t want to discard it.
