After signing a lease for a property based on their online listing, I arrived to find it completely uninhabitable. The place was filled with rodent droppings, had wasp nests, and was overall filthy and unsafe. I contacted the management, who acknowledged the issues and promised to cancel the lease, but communication ceased. They are now claiming I still have possession of the unit despite never moving in. Their maintenance records confirm my reports, yet they refuse to take responsibility. I will be filing complaints if this isn’t resolved. This service is untrustworthy and irresponsible!
