As a neighbor of one of their properties, I can say dealing with this company is frustrating. They refuse to maintain their properties, and when we reached out due to declining property values, we were told they would not make any repairs. The condition of their yard is affecting our home’s value. Previous tenants have shared similar negative experiences. This company only responds when pressured by the HOA. Avoid them at all costs!
