My name is Maciel and I have been a Resihome customer for 5 months. And once again I'm having a hard time getting service from the company.We are being charged with incorrect amounts once again, this time, the error is in the energy bill amounts.The property manager does not answer the phone, does not respond to messages or emails, I have been trying to contact him since 11/01 but without success.Every month Resihome makes mistakes, when they are small we pay ourselves, as it is almost impossible to contact someone from the CIA.But this month the amount is high, and we will not pay the rent until the error is corrected or the accounts from the company providing the service are sent to us to confirm what is being charged.Our opinion, Residhome does not have customer service that works, its employees ignore customers, they DO NOT DO business with them.
