I ditto one of the other reviews that says, "the reviews are true, DON"T do it" This company has been and are the epitome of SLUMLORDS!!! From start to finish they double charge for security deposits, the utilities stay in their name so you can't see exactly whats going on, the structures are cheaply made, don't have standard appliances like garbage disposals, their Smart home" features don't work properly most of the time, if you have issues whether they are emergent or not, they will be taken care of on their time. air conditioning units in some properties don't have sufficient size units to properly cool the house and they will try every way possible to blame it on you. The rent is astronomical prices. We moved out the 19th of the month and professionally paid to clean the entire house and floors leaving it much better than we found it, but were charged a $430 cleaning fee and charged for utilities up until the 9th of the next month.
