Without his consent or knowledge, they have signed him up for an unwanted “subscription” and have been taking money from his bank account ever since.We have contacted Resilia several times demanding they cancel any subscriptions and stop taking payments, but we’ve been ignored completely. What was meant to be a single purchase has turned into an unauthorised and ongoing scam.Even after cancelling the bank card, Resilia somehow managed to continue taking money. Our bank is now treating this as fraud and investigating.Avoid this company at all costs. What looks like a simple one-time order can quickly turn into a fraudulent subscription trap.
