I am reading about this product and everybody whining about delivery and customer service. Readers don't give a ish about that. I ordered mine through Amazon and it arrived in 4 days. Does the product work? I tried it for about 3 weeks, and I can actually say no, for me.

Placed an order last night, then read the reviews that others had been entered into a subscription without knowingly subscribing. So I called their customer support sure enough I had also been added to a subscription service without agreeing. The way they get you is through the by 2 get 1 offer that subscribes you to the subscription service. When talking with the customer service rep they said they could remove the subscription but that my order would be billed at regular cost. At this point I asked to cancel the entire order and they said they couldn't until I pushed really hard and threatened a charge back then all the sudden they could cancel the order and subscription. This is not a US based company and it is a total scam. Buyers BEWARE...don't get caught in the trap.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!!! You will not receive your order even though it shows that the order was received.

Unauthorized charge on my credit card!

I was charged for this product without placing an order. I came across these reviews too late last month after ordering a bag, and now I refuse to use it as I realize this company is a scam. AVOID USING A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!!

Frustrating Experience with Unwanted Autoship

I have had similar issues to what others have reported here... I was placed on an autoship that I never agreed to. I reached out multiple times to have them stop sending more products since I had more than enough. Eventually, they ceased shipments and issued a refund for one month. I'm still waiting for another refund. If I don't receive it in the next three days, I will reach out to my credit card dispute department, and they will handle it for me. They do not tolerate any fraudulent or questionable practices from businesses that fail to uphold good standards.

Terrible service

Terrible service, won't let you cancel the subscription. The only way to stop it is by blocking your bank card and getting a new one. They took money from my account four times, despite my emails each time. Completely frustrated.
