I ordered once in March and apparently that signs you up for a subscription which I did not want or request. I figured this out in April when I was charged again. I was notified via email during the night when I was asleep. When I woke and saw the email I responded to cancel. No response until 3 days and 3 different emails later saying that their cancellation policy is you have to cancel within an hour of placing your order. I DIDN’T place an order. So mad. Luckily I used PayPal on my original purchase so was able to get a refund for the fraudulent charge. Horrible customer service and they do ship from china so you cannot tell me they couldn’t cancel the order. Very disappointed with this company.
