I have had similar issues to what others have reported here... I was placed on an autoship that I never agreed to. I reached out multiple times to have them stop sending more products since I had more than enough. Eventually, they ceased shipments and issued a refund for one month. I'm still waiting for another refund. If I don't receive it in the next three days, I will reach out to my credit card dispute department, and they will handle it for me. They do not tolerate any fraudulent or questionable practices from businesses that fail to uphold good standards.
