All delay tactics. This wasn’t my job to do, as the responsibility is the seller’s to locate their lost merchandise. The tracking alone would demonstrate that the packages never arrived to their destination. When it came to refunds, reskinned only refunded one item. Therefore, ebay had to step in. A lot of wasted time trying to communicate with Yodel, seller and eBay. The whole experience was like having a tooth extraction with no anaesthetic.
