She chose the experts to report on my injuries well and with consultation with me. Nicola knows her subject well and gave me a good indication on likely range of settlement. When I was unsure (no reflection on Nicola) she arranged conference with Counsel which was a very helpful and constructive meeting at her offices with Counsel on a big screen teams meeting which felt like Tom was in the room. After Counsel confirmed a similar range of settlement Nicola was careful to take full instructions and then negotiated well, not just relying on correspondence but opting to "take the bull by the horns" and make a detailed telephone call to the Insurer's legal team. I feel this really aided progress in my case by narrowing issues in a conciliatory manner. Most of our dealings were by telephone and email as I am out of the area, but on occasion when I visited the offices I was well received, nice Reception staff and a warm welcome. I cannot recommend the professionalism of this Firm and Nicola in particular highly enough!
