Every single time I have to deal with this company it's a total cluster-f***.After my previous experiences a few months ago they claimed they were putting on more staff to answer calls, and also adding a callback service so you didn't have to wait in a phone queue for LITERAL HOURS.However there's been no real change, if you call them you still have to wait well over an hour in queue, and if you select the option for a callback they just won't call you.Also if you attempt to cancel your account or make a withdrawal, they'll log your request but then claim you didn't include documents that you absolutely 100% did include. They will deliberately lie and waste your time.Oh and they still haven't fixed their web portal, which says it's sending you a confirmation code by email or phone but it never ever does either, so you can't even register or use that without having to call them.An absolutely trash, dishonest, and incompetent business that I wouldn't ever have chosen to use. Thanks a lot AMP for selling out my policy to this bunch of utterly useless w*nkers.
