No stars awarded. I deleted my account because they weren't helpful in dealing with a seller. I was hoping they could get return details for a faulty item to a UK address instead of China. Unfortunately, the seller responded mockingly, saying the return address is in China. Now I have to contact another organization for help. The service just forwarded emails between me and the seller. It's the same story with another retailer. Don't waste your time; for real help, contact a consumer protection agency.
