I am deeply dissatisfied. I deleted my account due to the lack of support in resolving issues with a seller. I hoped they could assist in obtaining return details for a faulty item to a UK address instead of one in China. Unfortunately, the seller responded dismissively, stating that the return address is in China. Now, I have to reach out to another organization for help. The service merely acted as a middleman, forwarding emails between me and the seller. It's the same situation with another retailer. Don’t waste your time; for real assistance, reach out to a consumer protection agency.

Completely useless. Your copy-paste responses are meaningless. I wasted eight weeks trying to get a refund through this service, and they basically ignored me for that time, then told me to go away and refused to refund, even though they knew the items were never sent. They are fully in the seller's favor.
Very let down. Three months in and I haven't made any progress. They just keep saying to wait, and despite following all their instructions, I'm still stuck. It's a complete waste of time. Report them to the appropriate site; they offered no help and nobody is willing to assist these days.
They really do their best to protect us from fraudulent companies. Sometimes escalation isn't possible, which is disappointing. However, they provide as much advice as they can, and we can't complain about a free service. Also, if you email their support, the response is immediate, which is always appreciated. Shout out to the representative who replied to me within minutes!
I struggled for weeks to get a refund from a well-known company with no success.
