I am deeply dissatisfied. I deleted my account due to the lack of support in resolving issues with a seller. I hoped they could assist in obtaining return details for a faulty item to a UK address instead of one in China. Unfortunately, the seller responded dismissively, stating that the return address is in China. Now, I have to reach out to another organization for help. The service merely acted as a middleman, forwarding emails between me and the seller. It's the same situation with another retailer. Don’t waste your time; for real assistance, reach out to a consumer protection agency.
