I haven’t needed to speak to anyone in customer service, but I have purchased several of the vibes, after using it for myself for sleep, calm (Vagus Nerve) and for Inflammation (General inflammation) I love it, and the other two that I bought were for my 87 year old father, and one of my best friends.They both had enlarged prostate, and they’re both doing much better now. I was actually able to sleep for the first time without Benadryl, which is what I’ve taken for 25 years to sleep. I’ve had mine for almost a year. The sleep setting did not work for me, so I put it on Vagus nerve and I sleep so well now, and I don’t need pills which is really key because I’m getting older and I don’t want to keep medicating if I can use something that’s not medication. Also, even on vagus nerve it helps reduce inflammation. I had a very bad injury a little over a year ago so it helps me with that and the PTSD. I don’t think their marketing is the best because this thing actually works, I want people to know about it, because it’s GREAT. I think they should hire somebody really great at marketing because people don’t seem know about this particular device. I tell everyone about it. PEMF is proven to work. I simply turn it on the setting, slip it in my waistband of my jeans with the correct side touching my skin. I pull my T-shirt down over it. You can’t even see it. But everyone knows about it because I’ve told everyone I know. The weird thing is you cannot feel anything and they even put a magnet in a little glass bottle as a tester so you know if it’s working or not. If it’s working, you see the magnet jumping up and down in the glass vial. Because if you got one that was faulty, you would never know. So I recommend if you get this to test it out and make sure it’s working.
