I would not recommend using RTG as a recruiting agency or getting interviewed by Igor Semenyuk, who is a manager at RTG, and here is why:- One of the 1st questions of the interview was where I am from, this was because Igor detected an accent from me and he wanted to understand whether I was Russian or Ukrainian, I of course didn't indulge him with the answer, but what this tells me is that the recruiter is not looking out for the best interest of the company, this recruiter is trying to weed out anyone who is Russian, even if the candidate is perfect for the role. The fact that he maintains a managerial position in the company says that both owners are OK with this practice. It is impossible to not know this fact about a company employee which has been working for the company for more than 2 years, especially one which was appointed as a manager.- The recruiter did not disclose the name of the hiring company, which I find suspicious. Most recruiting agencies do not include this information in the job description, but during a recruiter interview they disclose it. Igor did say that they disclose the company name after the decision is made that the candidate is a good fit for the position- I consider Igor's decision fair though, I was not a good candidate for the role because I lacked some of the required experience
