I purchased an Engraver from Resparked for my husband for Christmas. The Engraver stopped working. I contacted Resparked and explained the issue. Of course, we were more than happy to accept their upgraded exchange. Resparked immediately sent out the upgraded engraver. We received the upgraded Engraver within days. It works great!
