Review Time
I was in the middle of my first project and had an issue with the motor on my engraver. I contacted the online support and was quickly and efficiently assured that they would stand behind their product. I can't wait to get my replacement and finish my project, it's going to turn out beautifully.
My previous review as written below was removed by this company as they don’t want you to know the truth about their product.
All previous reviews about it being a scam are true- it's a cheap import repackaged into a box with their own branding, you can even tell by their responses to the negative reviews that they are being insincere.
I'm truly concerned about people who buy this full price and leave a positive review, I guess it shows people are happy to be scammed and why these scammers thrive.
I purchased an Engraver from Resparked for my husband for Christmas. The Engraver stopped working. I contacted Resparked and explained the issue. My husband really liked the Engraver, therefore I requested an exchange. Resparked immediately contacted me back. They asked me to send a short video of the problem with the product. I followed their request. Resparked contacted me after they reviewed my video and contacted me that they would exchange the Engraver. Not only did Resparked replace the Engraver they offered to upgrade the Engraver that came with 30 bits and additional stencils at no additional cost to us. Of course, we were more than happy to accept their upgraded exchange. Resparked immediately sent out the upgraded engraver. We received the upgraded Engraver within days. It works great! I am very impressed with the high-level of courtesy and customer service that we received from Resparked. Thank you, Resparked!
Amazing customer service, pen stopped working after 1mth, I sent video of it not working the promptness and clear instructions of all replies had me stunned!!! They also offered me a gree upgrade which blew me away! More businesses need to take a page from their book.
The pen itself is amazing, wr had hours and hours of fun with it, my kids are obsessed, I would highly recommend it!!
Their items are absolutely great and if you have an issue with any of their items and send them an email about it, they immediately get back to you to fix the problem right away. They have fantastic customer service. The best I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much Resparked for being awesome!
The customer service team was kind and understanding. After looking at the video that I sent, they responded immediately. Resparked sent me a new set, I was able to finish the Christmas plates for family and friends. Thank you!

I reached out to the company and left a message about my engraver malfunctioning, asking them to return my call to check if I was doing something incorrectly.
They got back to me and left a message saying they tried to contact me. Unfortunately, due to the weekend and a holiday, I couldn't return their call.
They promptly sent me a replacement engraver at no cost. You can't ask for better service than that!
Excellent product with outstanding customer support. I received my engraving tool as a holiday gift. As a full-time artist, this tool has truly enhanced my artwork. When I received my warranty replacement, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I received even more nibs than before!
